Thank you Clovis for all the great work! Clovis and I worked diligently setting up an Ansible codebase from scratch to manage email servers, LDAP servers, and a variety of common modules for an internal set of bare-metal servers. I was mostly hands-off , testing the Ansible code delivered by Clovis and providing feedback & code reviews. PDO Project: Global Scope PDO Application Component Upgrade
The PDO project aims to upgrade the components of the PDO application on a worldwide scale. This initiative holds significant value for the client as it mitigates major risks related to vulnerabilities and operational reliability.
Clovis’ involvement and technical expertise have been instrumental in:
Conducting a comprehensive assessment of the existing landscape.
Defining a clear roadmap for the year.
Establishing a structured methodology for technical operations related to site migrations.
Sharing the project scope with additional resources while providing guidance, training, and upskilling opportunities for DevOps teams in the US and Pune.
Given the complexity of this project—where configurations vary across sites—its successful execution was considered “unlikely” by the client. Clovis tackled this technical challenge with his expertise, making the project a reality. From the first completed sites, his approach effectively resolved recurring incidents at the VIT site, which had been in crisis.
This is a major success for Accenture, the B-Team, and the client.
Beyond his technical contributions, Clovis has significantly improved his communication skills and technical leadership. He has clearly stepped up as the Tech Lead of the team, mentoring DevOps members as well as resources in India and the Americas.
His ability to take a step back and propose out-of-the-box solutions has optimized project costs—an aspect highly appreciated by the client (e.g., automation efforts and the strategic involvement of Michelin Pune for part of the scope).
